Conditions of Order Placement
Payment must be made in full before Perth Printing is able to process your order. Customers must be able to show evidence of their payment to Perth Printing. Perth Printing does not accept deposit payments or part payments. When approving your design you are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar and phone numbers. We will print exactly what you upload for print. No reprints at our expense will be printed unless we deem Perth Printing responsible.

Prices
If you require prices email us at sales@perthprinting.net.au or alternatively fill out and submit the quote form on our Quotes page. We reserve the right to revise prices without notice. All quotes are valid for 14 days only and may be subject to change after this period.

Customer Satisfaction
Our aim is to ensure our customers receive the highest quality print products. We print using the latest technology to ensure a high quality finish. Factors outside our control are:
a) The quality of the image a customer may upload (images of 600 dpi will produce the best printed result).
b) Colour variation. Print colour may vary from different printing processes and paper stocks, from time to time, and from print to print. Our printing products may have colour variations from what you have seen on screen, (Computer settings may vary and therefore the uploaded image may display differently from one computer to another,) affecting what the final product looks like, also variations between the front and back of the printed product, and previous orders can also be expected. This is the nature of CMYK offset printing and bulk-run printing.
c) Trimming of printing products may shift up to 3mm in any direction therefore our artwork guidelines should be properly adhered to minimise risk of trimming which can affect the look of the print. Perth Printing reserves the right to make changes to your artwork without your consent to avoid printing problems that can be foreseen to happen. This will rarely change the design.
In the event you receive your order which you consider unsatisfactory, you should contact our customer service regarding your concerns and for further instructions. If, in our assessment, and after allowing for the above, the complaint is justified we will offer replacement print.

Customers Obligations
It is your reponsibilty to ensure that any artwork that is submitted is not in violation of any copyright laws. For example if you are using a photograph of a third party, you must have written permission. Perth Printing assumes that your artwork is legally yours or you have the correct permission to print it. It is also your responsibility to ensure that any artwork that is submitted for printing is supplied according to to the correct specifications for the intended printed product. Failure to do so may result in an unsatisfactory printed result. Perth Printing will not be held liable for unsatisfactory printed proiducts which, in our assesment, are due to incorectly supplied artwork.
These Terms of Usage govern your access and use of this Site. By accessing or using this Site you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage and to any additional guidelines, restrictions, or rules that may be posted in connection with specific sections or services of this Site. All such additional posted guidelines, restrictions, or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use.
Perth Printing reserves the right to make changes to this Site and to these Terms of Usage at any time without prior notice. You should review these Terms of Usage each time you access this Site.
You also agree that we may provide all legal communications and notices to you electronically by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided to us when you contacted Perth Printing using the forms on our website. You may withdraw your consent to receive communications from us electronically by contacting customer care.

General
Perth Printing is not responsible for the delay and/or damages resulting from machinery breakdown, acts of God, and from other actions, both governmental and otherwise, including but not limited to war, riot, seizure, and embargo. The tools and documentation available perthprinting.net.au remains the property of Perth Printing. The Buyer’s order shall be deemed an acceptance of the Seller's terms. Perth Printing is contactable using email and the contact forms available on perthprinting.net.au. Telephone contact is not available.

Reservations
All orders are subject to acceptance by Perth Printing. We reserve the right to reject any order at any time without recourse. 

Returns
Due to the nature of the product, no returns can be made once the order is processed and/or shipped. Any claims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made in writing within two (2) business days after receipt of the merchandise. We will replace only those orders that were processed incorrectly. The replacement of the order will take place only after the receipt of returned merchandise. We will not replace the order if it is determined by us that the order was misused or mishandled by the buyer or part of the order was used by the buyer and only part of the order is being returned. In the event you receive your order which you consider unsatisfactory, you should contact our customer service regarding your concerns and for further instructions. If, in our assessment, and after allowing for the above, the complaint is justified we will offer replacement print.

Credit Card
If the Buyer's credit card is declined, Perth Printing will not process the Buyer’s order. In the event that Perth Printing must commence legal action to enforce any terms of this agreement, the Buyer agrees to pay reasonable legal fees and costs.

Warranty
Perth Printing neither makes any explicit warranty nor implies or accepts any responsibility other than possible replacement of the products purchased. Perth Printing may but does not guarantee the replacement of the defective product, or the credit of the amount of the purchase price. 

Limitation of Liability
Perth Printing will not be liable in contract or in tort (including negligence) to the customer for incidental or consequential damages, arising out of or resulting from anybody’s performance or nonperformance of our obligations. Perth Printing shall not be liable to anyone for any kind of financial losses, cost, expenses, damages and/or other economic damages. The Buyer agrees that the Buyer will not hold Perth Printing responsible for any and all loss, cost, expense, and damages (including legal costs) on account of any and all manner of claims, demands, actions, and proceedings that may be instituted against Perth Printing and its affiliated companies on grounds alleging that the said work violates any copyrights, trademarks, service marks, or is scandalous, or invades any person's right to privacy or other personal rights.

Cancellations and Refunds
Perth Printing will not refund any money for orders which have been entered into our production system.
